Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SHREE RAM GEMS HOUSE, we uphold the highest standards of authenticity, spiritual integrity, and customer transparency. Due to the nature of our gemstones, jewelry, and Vastu products, our refund and cancellation policy is strictly defined to ensure fairness and trust.

Eligibility for Refund (Physical Products)

All refund or exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.

To qualify, customers must provide a complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the package seal is opened until the product is fully inspected.

  • Video must be continuous and unedited
  • Clearly show package condition and product
  • Acts as mandatory proof for any claim

Non-Eligible Conditions

  • No unboxing video provided
  • Request made after 24-hour window
  • Product matches original description
  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Spiritual items (crystals, Rudraksha) once used

Return Process

If your request is approved based on verification, the item must be returned to our main branch:

After receiving the item, our team will conduct a final quality inspection before processing the refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days.

Astrology Services (Non-Refundable)

Once an astrology consultation is completed or a report is generated using your provided birth details, the service is considered fully delivered and is non-refundable.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance via email at shreeramgemshouse@gmail.com.

Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate birth details. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect data submitted by the user.

Payment Issues

In case of duplicate payments or Razorpay transaction errors, we will process a full refund upon verification of valid payment proof.
